The Woodside Summer Dressage Show provided an opportunity for Michael to bring Noble out at Second level test 4 in preparation for Third level. The pair had a very successful outing placing first in all classes and receiving a 65.7 on Saturday and a 67.1 on Sunday with some very tough judging over the weekend.
The United States PRE Association is once again offering their High Point Award challenges and the Grand Champion High Point will be named at the Woodside Autumn Dressage Show in September. The autumn show is also the USDF Dressage Sport Horse Breeding show. Along with Noble and Michael showing under saddle, I will be attending with one or both of my 2010 foals by Noble.
The Woodside Autumn show is also a great time to come and see the many PRE horses both under saddle and in-hand that will be attending this show in one location. This does not happen often and is a great experience to see the breed compete and get a chance to see them in person and speak to their owners and breeders.

Both Arturo and I hope that this long overdue note finds you and your family
doing well.
I cannot thank you enough for introducing Arturo into my life. He has lived
up to his reputation both as an individual and representative of his breed.
The trainer that I am working with says that she wishes she could have a
whole barn full of horses like him. But of course to me there is only one
Arturo.
We are making incredible progress, that is to say I am working hard to keep
up with Arturo’s progress. I fear that I may be holding him back but life is
tough and Arturo is not complaining about the pace of our training.
